Winter Airsoft Expo Presented by Phantom Fury Airsoft

Come one, come all! Reserve your table now for the first annual Phantom Fury Winter Airsoft Expo.

When: January 15, 2012
Where: Red Lion Jantzen Beach (909 N Hayden Island Drive, Portland, OR)
Door Fee: $10 (This gets you in to buy, and mingle only, not to sell)

Sellers Table: ($25)
This is the swap meet side of the expo. It allows the individual to bring in used items and trade/sell them to the local player. This includes a Table, two chairs, and entry fees for two people, and a spot on our expo floor.

Team Table: ($35)
This provides you a table, four chairs, and entry fees for up to 4 people. Bring your team banner, colors, or uniforms and recruit some new players. You can also sell/trade your items at your leisure.

Vendor Booth: ($40)
This includes a booth at the expo, and you will be added to our flyer, Facebook page, and our website. This will be an annual event and it will be a great chance to meet and mingle with your customers. It will also be a great opportunity to showcase your new items and present any sales associated with your company.

Proud Sponsor: ($100 or more retail, of airsoft related items)
This will not only show the local airsoft community that you are committed to bringing quality items to the player, but that you are committed to making airsoft a fun and family orientated sport for all. You will also receive a sponsor booth and that you can showcase items/gear and bring any new items into view. You will also be added to our website, Facebook page, and on our flyer as a Proud Sponsor of the Phantom Fury Winter Airsoft Expo.

All tables must be pre-payed. (Pay-pal info will be updated and posted tomorrow)

We will have vendor tables available for our airsoft retailers, door prizes and three raffles throughout the day. Come join us and trade, sell, or buy airsoft equipment of every variety. We will have limited tables so sign up fast, as it is a first come, first serve basis. Post here if your interested in having a table and we will send you the pre-payment information.

If you are interested in showing up wearing your team uniform/colors be my guest, we just ask that you do not carry any ammunition with you to this event. If you are transporting your replicas to/from the parking lot, be make sure they are stored and transported properly abiding by all local laws. This means make sure it is in the case at all times until in the expo. We will have ammo available for free for testing replicas.

Note: If you want to reserve a table you must prepay. We will be accepting cash only at the door.
