PF Event Waiver

Below is a link to Phantom Fury Airsoft Waiver. This waiver is required to be completed and turned in prior to attending any Phantom Fury event.

All PF Members need to have a up to date waver on file with leadership.

The waiver is “fill-able” pdf document so you can fill it out on line and print it.
